Q: My product is taking a while to ship, and I haven't received any updates. What should I do?

A: Contact us at studiotwopoint@gmail.com or on our social media links under "Contact Us" with your order number and details, and we will make it right as soon as we can. 

Q: How often are drops?

A: We will announce our new collections and drops weeks before in advance on our social media platforms, and will continue selling them until they are out of stock. We will then prepare for a new collection, and expect around 1-3 months in between each collection.

Q: How can I get a refund for my product?

A: We only offer returns or refunds for a product when there is proof that the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. If this is the case, please contact us and we will ensure your return or refund.

Q: How should I wash my clothing pieces?

A: Our pieces are made of 100% Cotton material, so we advise that customers wash the clothes inside out with a cold water, gentle cycle, and let it air dry naturally to decrease wrinkles and shrinkage.
